Terms and Conditions

• It is the responsibility of the individual who hires a Bouncy Bros Bouncing Castle, to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable.
• A responsible adult must supervise the Bouncing Castle / Inflatable at all times.
• These Inflatables are for children and no adults should use them. The age limit of 12 years of age must be adhered to.
• All shoes MUST be removed prior to use of the Inflatable.
• The following items MUST be removed prior to use of the Inflatable
  • Jewellery (including earrings)
  • Glasses
  • Badges
  • Scarves
  • Hairbands
  • Dangerous or sharp objects, such as pens, small toys, lollipops or drop earrings should be removed from clothing.
• Please ensure that nothing can fall out of a child's pocket.
• Smoking is NOT permitted on or near the Inflatable.
• Boisterous behaviour including pushing, fighting or bullying is dangerous and NOT allowed on the Inflatable.
• Climbing and Somersaults are NOT allowed on the Inflatable.
• No food, sweets, drinks, lollipops or chewing gum is allowed to be taken onto or eaten in the Inflatable.

Important Note

• Keep numbers within a reasonable limit and according to the age and size of children using it.
• Avoid small children and older children using the Bouncing Castle at the same time.
• No individual should be on the Bouncing Castle during inflation or deflation as this could cause serious injury.

INSURANCE

Bouncy Bros insurance only covers injuries caused by an equipment malfunction. It does not cover you for accidents on the unit, improper use or boisterous behaviour. Adult supervision is required at all times. We will not be held personally responsible for any injuries. Our Terms and Conditions must be signed prior to hire. Additional personal liability cover can be arranged through your home insurance.

DISCLAIMER

All hirers of this inflatable do so at their own risk. The hirers of this inflatable will be responsible for any damage or injury caused by any unit which has been subjected to misuse, negligence, accident, unauthorized modification or as a result of reckless use.

All safety measures must be adhered to during the hire of this inflatable. It is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure all safety measures are followed and their full responsibility that adult supervision occurs at all times. Bouncy Bros cannot accept responsibility for any type of injury caused to person(s) using this inflatable. Bouncy Bros cannot accept any responsibility for damage to or loss of property of value caused by any inflatable which as been subjected to misuse, negligence, improper or reckless use. Customers are fully responsible for all children using this inflatable and for the care of the inflatable. Customers are liable for any loss or damage that may occur to the unit, whilst in their care and will be expected to pay an additional cleaning fee should inflatable be returned in an unacceptable condition.
